A structured, medically guided program designed to support safe, effective weight loss. This plan is ideal for individuals ready to take a proactive, clinical approach to weight management

The program includes an initial in-person or virtual consultation with a licensed provider, a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals, follow up appointments every 4-6 weeks with ongoing support, prescription management (if eligible), lifestyle and nutrition guidance.

*Please plan to provide a copy of recent lab work form your primary care provider (within the last 6 months). If labs are unavailable we will discuss options for obtaining a basic lab panel. *Medication options include compounded or brand-name prescriptions, we will discuss your best fit during the initial consultation

Initial consultation $150 which will be applied towards your treatment plan. This does not include the cost of the medication.
